Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your government-issued identification — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on zd22. If a Player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — all such accounts will be considered duplicate accounts. zd22 will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all balances and winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

zd22 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method linked to your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
zd22 accounts for Pakistani players operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and game stakes are denominated in PKR. zd22 does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any charges imposed by your mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) or banking institution (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) in connection with transactions are outside zd22's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified zd22 account identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. zd22 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa; bank transfer withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and two (2) hours depending on interbank processing times.
Before any withdrawal may be processed, you must have:

All promotional offers made available by zd22 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP cashback — are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to the specific terms published with each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
zd22's standard welcome bonus offers a 100% match of your first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The welcome bonus carries a 10× wagering requirement, meaning the total of your deposit plus bonus amount must be wagered ten (10) times before any bonus-linked funds become withdrawable. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of crediting.
Wagering Example: If you deposit Rs 1,000 and receive Rs 1,000 bonus (total: Rs 2,000), you must wager Rs 20,000 in total (Rs 2,000 × 10) to satisfy the wagering requirement. Stakes on sports betting count at 100%; live casino at 100%; slot games at 100%; certain excluded games may count at 0% or a reduced rate as published in the offer terms.
zd22 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin hedging strategies designed to unlock bonus funds; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. If zd22 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the account permanently.
Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. It is the Player's responsibility to track the expiry of any active bonuses in their account.

You may close your zd22 account at any time by contacting support. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering progress.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
